TEGUCIGALPA – U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Principal Deputy Assistant Director Thomas Winkowski and Director General of the Honduran National Police Ramon Antonio Sabillon signed a memorandum of cooperation Tuesday to enhance the ability to share information on immigration and criminal history records concerning Honduran nationals being repatriated from the United States to Honduras.
