Almost all male U.S. citizens aged 18 through 25, regardless of place of residence, must register with the Selective Service (http://www.sss.gov/).  U.S. embassies and consulates abroad may assist the Selective Service System with its registration program abroad.  Current brochures and guidance are also available on the Selective Service website.

Dual nationals (American citizens who also hold a second nationality) also must register, regardless of place of residence.
